We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any changes. Your continued use of our service following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes. By using our platform to search, filter, and view local business and venue listings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein.
2. User Obligations and Conduct
Users agree to use our directory service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our service, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you may create. We do not tolerate spam, automated scraping of listings, or misuse of map preview features. When filtering by neighbourhood or category, you agree to respect business privacy and use the information only for legitimate purposes such as finding services you require or conducting honest competitive research.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through our directory, including card designs, layout structures, filter controls, map preview thumbnails, and infinite scroll functionality, is the property of or licensed to us and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation, arrangement, and presentation of all listings and directory data are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. Businesses listed on our platform retain rights to their own business information and imagery. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the directory for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use of our platform’s design elements, technology, or content structure is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our directory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service. This includes inaccuracies in listing information, incomplete map previews, or interruptions in the infinite scroll loading feature. 5. Termination of Service
